My Mission is to provide a harmonic and sacred space where people can discover their truth to bring forth spirit,
balance, and empowerment through the magic of intuitive tools and guidance.
My goal is to provide holistic healing medicine and care that will assist you in achieving what it is you are truly seeking and that absolutely looks different for everyone. This is not a cookie cutter shop.
If we cannot assist or if I am not a good fit for you, it is a promise you will be referred out if requested and willing to someone who will be of better fit for you and the intentions and within my scope of practice.
Sacred Healing Spaces cares about your well-being and believes you have the answers within you to achieve anything. I will provide you with the guidance, knowledge, and tools to assist you in your path to wellness however that looks for you. With Al-La-Carte or mix n match options or even as you need sessions; this is strictly a time for you to work on you with a personal buddy along the way just allowing you the space to do so! Let's guide you within the realm of Holistic Healing to achieve balanced wellness!
Our bodies are quite adept and remarkable at repairing themselves.
We will spend our time discussing and using methods that aid that natural ability within you with modalities and services like but also not limited to hypnotherapy, nutrition guidance, coping skills, breathwork, life-coaching tools, chakra balancing, energy work and physical manipulations,
like polarity work or stretching of the body during reiki sessions.

I truly believe every person holds the keys to their health and success within them. We just sometimes need a little assistance in getting to the space where we can grab the keys for ourselves. I am merely here to provide that space for you to pause, find your keys, and watch in awe as you go back on your path and journey succeeding in all you do.
Using Holistic Medicine and alternative practices while also having some understanding and studies in western medicine, eastern medicine, transpersonal and trauma sensitive psychology and holistic health care to integrate tools like coaching, hypnotherapy, and energy work to guided and assist you in the process you are needing more assistance and guidance around.
